St . Sales manager does not respond , back end account team does not respond . There is no regulation of these builders by government . Only buyers are in suffering end . All time boxing is for buyers . Very very disappointed"

"I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of the Panchsheel Greens-II maintenance team. Despite making full payments for my maintenance dues (including late fees) in March 2024, my account continues to show erroneous charges due to their accounting errors. What’s worse, even after multiple written communications (including emails on 18 June and 21 June 2025) and a detailed personal discussion with a representative on 14 June 2025, there has been no proper response or resolution. Adding to the concern, my tenant is being harassed due to unnecessary refusal to recharge the electricity meter, causing them significant hardship. Such practices are unacceptable, especially in a residential community that promises professional management. I urge the management to take accountability and act promptly to resolve these issues, as this reflects very poorly on the Panchsheel brand."

"Panchsheel Build tech in all their projects provides internet service through Ultratech (One Broadband) whose services are pathetic. Residents showed their dissent today by protesting against the maintenance services, internet service and other facilities like swimming pool which in inoperational since possession, poor maintenence of common and parking area."

"One of the worst builder in Noida, they do not even have any credits in their already sold properties, false charges in the name of maintenance, do not bother to speak with you on your problem. They will not reply to any of your messages and even email does not help, not sure if they read at all. For every single problem you will have to visit to their head office and when you reach their you will have to pay for their foult or delays. If I would have an option then will buy any other property but not from them even thay sell in half of the price."
